Up to £60,000 + benefits

18 months contract

35 hours per week (happy to talk flexible working)

The Role
The Finance Business Partner will be supporting the business partnering function within the Finance team. You'll have responsibility for reporting and partnering with a number of support teams within the organisation.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting budgetholders by interpreting the numbers, providing insight and helping chart strategic direction.
  • Analysing, interpreting and communicating financial and performance.
  • Providing timely information and advice to budgetholders.
  • Performing monthly accounting for supported teams.
  • Producing monthly management accounts for supported teams and directorates.
  • Providing data, analysis and commentary on the activities for inclusion in organisationlevel management accounts.
  • Working with budgetholders to produce financial forecasts and annual plans, highlighting potential opportunities and risks.
  • Providing analysis and commentary in reports for the board and executive team.

What You'll Need To Be Successful

  • Experience of interacting with senior leaders with confidence, conviction and credibility.
  • Ability to influence key decisionmakers.
  • Strong communications skills and report writing abilities.
  • A solutionsfocused mentality.
  • Prior business partnering and management accounts/financial analysis experience.
