QS/Site Supervisor - Client facing post contract QS/site supervisor for midlands based general contractor working in the residential and commercial sector. Contract values up to £1 million.

Skills required:

Procuring sub-contractors and materials.

Take offs and compiling SOW

Administering the contract and sub-contracts

Managing sub-contractors

Motivating and supporting the site team

Managing and liaising with Clients and professional team

Pricing and agreeing variations with client/professional team

Attending meetings and representing the company's interests.

Office and site based. There will be several projects ongoing at once.

Renumeration dependent on experience and suitability


Salary:
£30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

• Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- construction: 5 years (preferred)

• Driving Licence (required)
