What is the role?

Having closed a Series A round of funding last year, we're in the rapid scale up stage of our journey and have an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic Project Executive with 0-2 years of experience in a professional environment to join our team.

The position will support multiple projects primarily across two teams: Growth (i.e., Marketing & Sales) and Operations.

This means that your responsibilities will vary day-to-day and cover a range of business functions, from event planning to CRM management to product testing.

You will be working closely with customer deliverables and on strategic projects with real business impact.

If you're looking for an easy role with a nicely defined list of tasks, Kamma probably isn't for you.

This role is for an ambitious person with aspirations to grow but who may not want to specialise at this early stage in their career.

We're looking for a self-starter who is able to learn and quickly adapt to changing responsibilities.


What you'll be doing
The role will be varied with an expectation that you will contribute to any task that needs to get done, however your main responsibilities include:

• Special projects: Own projects related to operations, campaign planning, sales enablement, lead generation, and market research
• Operations & strategy: Contribute to our strategic vision and operational efficiency to fuel Kamma's growth
• Client deliverables: Testing, proofing and validating client deliverables
• Event organisation: Project manage and execute both internal and external events
• Content creation: Build skills in digital marketing, from copywriting to social media management
• Data analysis: Play a critical role in our datadriven approach by analysing and validating data

What we're looking for

For this position, we are looking for initiative and energy in someone who wants to play a flexible but essential role in supporting key people in the business to keep both internal-facing and external-facing projects running smoothly.

• Energetic selfstarters with 02 years of experience in any professional environment
• Strong academic background
• A knack for organisation, project management, and an eye for detail
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical minds comfortable with data and numbers
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• A willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a team across disciplines
