Our client are a leading FMCG organsiation based in Welwyn Garden City and are looking for an experienced CIPD Level 5 Senior HR Advisor to join their friendly HR team In return they are offering a competitive salary, hybrid working and excellent benefits.


Description
As a Senior HR Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Managing end to end employee relations cases such as disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
  • Recruitment and selection, including headcount and budget tracking
  • Ensuring advice given is inline with employment law
  • Making sure any payroll changes are up to date
  • Involvement in HR project work
  • Ensuring any HR Admin tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Implementing HR programmes and initiatives

Profile

The successful Senior HR Advisor will:

  • Be CIPD level 5 or 7 qualified (necessary)
  • Have previous experience in a generalist role
  • Experience leading ER cases from start to finish
  • Will be confident and highly organised
  • Have up to date knowledge of UK Employment Law
