This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an understanding of autism and a passion to help adults affected by autism to lead happier, healthier and more fulling lives.

We are looking for amazing people to join the leading Autism Charity in the region to make a difference to the lives of autistic people.

The role will require work across Herefordshire & Worcestershire delivering advice and support to autistic adults on a one-to-one basis and by delivering workshops and training events.

This will involve both face to face and remote support.
Experience of issues affecting autistic adults is essential, as is willingness in delivering presentations to groups of people.

The post holder requires some flexibility to work as part of a small team including working outside their normal working hours when required, with occasional evening and weekend work.

You will need to have access to a car as travel across the area will be a necessity although when possible, work can be completed from home.


The opportunity is for 37 hours per week
