Responsibilities and Duties
The key aim of the role is to manage and be responsible for debtors and cash collection across the Group of companies

This will include:

Chasing and collecting payments through various platforms and in line with Group policies
Ensure systems are updated with all contacts made, payment promises and any issues raised by clients
Monitoring all standing orders and direct debits, escalating any issues as appropriate
Manage any invoice disputes, in liaison with internal stakeholders, and help to resolve these swiftly
Report to management on outstanding or ongoing issues; highlighting potential debtor problems
Develop commercial relationships with the customer base and internal stakeholders
Undertake account reconciliations when appropriate to ensure accuracy across the ledgers

Previous Experience and Knowledge

Previous Credit Control experience is essential
Ability to work to deadlines and processes
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Strong numerical skills

Keen to learn and develop new skills

Specifics of the Role

The hours of the role are 21 per week, 9am to 5pm 3 days per week, with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.

The role is located at our Cardiff Office, with free on-site parking available.
