Nationwide Silo Access Services Ltd is a specialist silo cleaning and access company.
We have an exciting new opportunity for an Operations Coordinator office based in Creswell, Stoke-on-Trent.
We are looking for a some who enjoys coordinating the activities and efforts of teams to ensure a streamlined and efficient Operation, resulting in excellent service for our clients and staff.
The main responsibilities within the role are:
- Liaising with the clients, employees and management team to ensure an excellent service delivery.
- Liaising with both clients and employees to organise jobs and confirm working schedules. Ensuring a structured plan for daily working activities.
- Organise and file any relevant service documentation.
- Respond to client queries on behalf of the Management team.
- Provide regular updates to your Line Manager.
- Attend, support, and input into regular team meetings.
- Manage client requests and demands proactively.
- Organising accommodation and equipment hire as required by the business.
- Work closely with Managers to oversee daily business operations
- Planning team rotas in order to ensure sufficient staffing cover
- Ensure team follows all Company processes including Health and Safety procedures and raise concerns to Health, Safety and Technical Coordinator for resolution.
- To provide a consistently high standard of Customer Service to all Clients
- Costing of jobs for clients for approval by Finance & Operations Manager
- Professional and efficient point of contact for clients and employees via inbound/outbound calls and e mail.
- Work closely with the Health and Safety team, issuing RAMS and Hygiene certificates as required.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
