Commercial Laundry Delivery Drivers Job

The Wash Basket laundry

Oundle Peterborough Salary:
£11.00 to £11.50 p/h

Job Purpose:
To deliver and collect laundry from customers sites. All Commercial Laundry Delivery Drivers are required to work under the overall direction of the Floor Manager in order to
to ensure that the company provides a high quality and reliable service to its customers.

All Staff are required to comply with reasonable requests to conduct duties which may include, but are not limited to
:
Cages Loading / unloading of company vehicles at the laundry; Driving a van, usually a long wheel Luton based.

Loading / unloading of company vehicles at the customers location; the drop of point can be anywhere in the hotels/restaurant as instructed by the laundry; Basic maintenance of the vans is expected, washer fluid, oil checks/top up, light changes, tyre checks etc
Vans are expected to be cleaned on a weekly basis (internal and external) Friendly approach to customers
As this is full time - Any applicant would need to have a driving license, limited to 3 points.

With the developing nature of business, in the modern climate, the hours will vary depending on various requirements but expected to be Monday and Tuesday most weeks.
