The Successful Applicant:
- Demonstrable PA experience at senior level
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience of servicing meetings, minute taking and followup administration
- Excellent planning and organisational skills especially with regard to prioritisation of work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage complex diary issues
- Ability to deal with people in difficult situations where tact and a helpful manner are paramount
- Ability to analyse information received on behalf of the Director for importance/urgency and act accordingly
