Business Admin Assistant
Role
Reporting into senior management you will be responsible for General administration tasks with a busy works environment
Working as part of a team you will type reports, manage spreadsheets, raise jobs, raise & track invoicing, reconcile expenses & petty cash, general customer queries etc.
Responsibilities
- Reception duties
- Data entry work
- Reconciliation of Credit card receipts and petty cash for presenting to accounts
- Managing Expense claims
- Raising sales invoices and statements to clients
- Ensuring that supplier invoices are matched and processed accurately
- Pursue prompt resolution of all unmatched invoices
- Create reports for senior team members
- Credit control duties where required
- Build effective relationships with all departments to ensure quality customer service
- Resolve all queries raised promptly
- Dealing with client queries
- Arranging client visits
- Booking and planning general incoming work for the works staff
- Creating job cards and managing admin of all incoming work
- Any other work as requested by management that they deem suitable
Skills & Experience
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Knowledge of SAP or similar
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability work calmly under pressure

Qualifications
