Job Title
Business Admin Assistant


Role
Reporting into senior management you will be responsible for General administration tasks with a busy works environment


Working as part of a team you will type reports, manage spreadsheets, raise jobs, raise & track invoicing, reconcile expenses & petty cash, general customer queries etc.

Your work will be to a high standard with a high degree of accuracy


Responsibilities

  • Reception duties
  • Data entry work
  • Reconciliation of Credit card receipts and petty cash for presenting to accounts
  • Managing Expense claims
  • Raising sales invoices and statements to clients
  • Ensuring that supplier invoices are matched and processed accurately
  • Pursue prompt resolution of all unmatched invoices
  • Create reports for senior team members
  • Credit control duties where required
  • Build effective relationships with all departments to ensure quality customer service
  • Resolve all queries raised promptly
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Arranging client visits
  • Booking and planning general incoming work for the works staff
  • Creating job cards and managing admin of all incoming work
  • Any other work as requested by management that they deem suitable

Skills & Experience

  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability work calmly under pressure

£26,000.00 per year
