Based in Aston Birmingham

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Customer Services Department as a Customer Service Advisor.


Your responsibilities will include.

  • Answering calls confidently and professionally, showing empathy and sensitivity towards our customers, consignees, and member depots.
  • Assisting with customer queries in a timely manner through various channels of communication.
  • Compiling Customer Reports
  • You will also assist with other administrative tasks as and when required.
  • Working within a small and friendly team
Full training and support will be provided.

Monday to Friday

Hours of work will be 42.5 per week - working an 8.5 hour day


Salary:
£10.50 per hour
