Wage:
£12-14,000 per annum


Working hours:
Monday to Friday 9:30am-5:30pm


Annual leave: 28 days (Including Bank Holidays)

THE COMPANY:


An event management company with a difference, our client's events combine a specialised corporate service with a unique venue portfolio that is tailored specifically to the requirements of our clients.

Catering predominantly for a corporate clientele, with groups ranging from 20 to 500 people, our commitment to an alternative and unique approach is mirrored in the portfolio of superb venues we put forward to our clients.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provide administration tasks as directed by the client relationship manager.
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Video calls with colleagues and clients.
  • Answer calls and also make followup calls to see how the client is getting along and whether they require anything further from us.
  • Produce bespoke proposals based on requirements provided by the client and make amendments at a later stage if required.
  • Work at events from time to time alongside our senior event manager and event assistants.

FUTURE PROSPECTS:


  • Potential fulltime position at the completion of apprenticeship and career progression within our client relationship team.
