Description

We are recruiting a Sales Coordinator who will provide sales support and coordinates sales related activities for the UK sales team.

You will support the UK Sales Team in achieving customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth objectives.

This role is based from the Pearpoint Office in Bordon, Hampshire. As a permanent employee of you will have access to a range of benefits alongside your salary.

Main Duties of the Sales Coordinator

  • Generate pricing quotations, detailed component list and equipment specifications as requested by Area Sales Managers for customer quotes
  • Support tender submittals and ensuring ontime delivery and compliance for tenders and request for quotes with established procedures
  • Processing of equipment orders and serving as liaison between sales and manufacturing areas.
  • Inside sales support including inbound lead followup, outbound calls and electronic communications.
  • Coordinate with the UK Inspection sales team to ensure that prospects and leads are captured and managed effectively to generate opportunities and sales.
  • Route qualified opportunities and create quotations for the appropriate Area Sales Manager for further development and closure using IFS (ERP system).
  • Support Marketing with UK region initiatives and activity and act as liaison between sales and marketing group.
  • Provide weekly reports & feedback to the UK Sales Manager
  • Ensure the CRM system is regularly updated with clean accurate information.

Skills requires for the Sales Coordinator role

  • Proven internal sales and customer service experience
  • Strong phone presence and experience making outgoing cold / warm calls
  • Experience working with a CRM System (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
