Prime Fire and Security are expanding We are a small friendly Fire and Security Company based in Barnet/North London.

We are excited to grow our team and are looking for a Business Development Manager to come onboard and catapult us to the next level.

Youmust have previous experience in a Sales/ Account Manager/BDM role and be confident cold calling. You will be results-driven and friendly in your approach. Knowledge in the Fire and Security industry would be desirable, but it is not essential.


Responsibilities:

• New business development, identifying and targeting new account opportunities
• Visit existing client sites and follow up new enquiries.
• Lead and support in the negotiation of new sales opportunities, working collaboratively with the Director
• Prepare quotations and tender documentation
• Reporting weekly on all activities and progress on targets to the Director
• Work with the Director to enable and deliver on keyperformance plans and strategies
• Achieve sale targets
• To have a good understanding of the company and the services we provide to be able to sell and assist new Clients, training will be provided
• To gain a clear understanding of clients' business and their requirements

Requirements:

• Excellent Written and Spoken English
• Strong communicator verbally, written and face to face
• Previous experience in a sales/account manager/BDM role
• Experience in developing new business/cold calling
• Confident influencer and negotiator
• Strong client relationship management
• Effective time management
• Strong ability for attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Able to work to deadlines and targets
• Clean full UK driving licence

Basic Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year - Depending on experience + Bonus/Commission (to be agreed).

Location:
Field based and Working from home.

The majority of our work is North London/Enfield based but must be willing to travel to customer sites all over London.

30 days annual leave, inclusive of Bank Holidays and a day off on your birthday.
