Prime Fire and Security are expanding We are a small friendly Fire and Security Company based in Barnet/North London.We are excited to grow our team and are looking for a Business Development Manager to come onboard and catapult us to the next level.
Youmust have previous experience in a Sales/ Account Manager/BDM role and be confident cold calling. You will be results-driven and friendly in your approach. Knowledge in the Fire and Security industry would be desirable, but it is not essential.Responsibilities:
- New business development, identifying and targeting new account opportunities
- Visit existing client sites and follow up new enquiries.
- Lead and support in the negotiation of new sales opportunities, working collaboratively with the Director
- Prepare quotations and tender documentation
- Reporting weekly on all activities and progress on targets to the Director
- Work with the Director to enable and deliver on keyperformance plans and strategies
- Achieve sale targets
- To have a good understanding of the company and the services we provide to be able to sell and assist new Clients, training will be provided
- To gain a clear understanding of clients' business and their requirements
Requirements:
- Excellent Written and Spoken English
- Strong communicator verbally, written and face to face
- Previous experience in a sales/account manager/BDM role
- Experience in developing new business/cold calling
- Confident influencer and negotiator
- Strong client relationship management
- Effective time management
- Strong ability for attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Able to work to deadlines and targets
- Clean full UK driving licence
Basic Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year - Depending on experience + Bonus/Commission (to be agreed).
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent.
Location:
Field based and Working from home.
The majority of our work is North London/Enfield based but must be willing to travel to customer sites all over London.
