Videk are looking for an office-based sales administrator to join our team.
We are a company committed to delivering high quality solutions and providing our customers with a knowledge-backed, positive, customer service experience.
As such, an essentialpart of this role is the ability to support this service, maintaining an organised and efficient office environment.
The Role:

As an Office Sales Administrator at Videk, you will be expected to:- Process customer orders.
- Assist with general sales/administration duties.
- Check internal documentation and paperwork.
- Prepare company correspondence.
- Provide Purchasing and Sales ledger support.
Of course, we recognise that on the job training won't give you everything, so we offer a mentoring process, including one to one coaching from an experienced member of our team.
- Organised, proactive and numerate with good IT skills
- Have good written & verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Have strong customer service skills
- Be selfmotivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
- Educated to GCSE level or higher in English & Maths with strong pass grades
- 12 Months office experience is desirable but not essential
