Reception

• Receiving patients' consulting with members of the practice team
• To be able to use the telephone system efficiently in making appointments dealing with repeat prescriptions, visits and general requests by the patients and other outside organisations
• Handing completed repeat prescriptions to patients and checking names and address
• Be able to cover all reception positions as necessary

Appointments

• Process appointment requests for today and future appointments from patients by telephone in person or via app
• Deal with visit requests

Computer

• Registrations of new patients computer data entry and medical records
• Process patients' change of address computer data and medical records (have knowledge of practice area
• Process repeat prescription requests in accordance with practice guidelines

Administration

• To have a thorough knowledge of all Practice procedures
• To work in accordance with written protocols
• Scanning

• College Attendance
• Combined delivery of both attendance at
• Hillsborough Campus and Google Classroom over 10 sessions
