Summary:
Fulwood Hall Hospital was opened as a purpose built facility in 1986.
In 2009 the hospital completed a £9m pound investment to refurbish and expand the site, making it the largest independent hospital in Lancashire and one of the largest in the north of England.
The hospital has six consulting rooms supported by a fully equipped outpatient treatment room, a pre-assessment unit for screening and assessing patients prior to surgery as well as modern imaging facilities and a brand new physio and sports therapy department including gymnasium.
The role:
We currently have a great opportunity for a Housekeeper to join our team at Fulwood Hall Hospital, based in Preston.
This is an exciting and important operational support role working across departments to facilitate the efficient and timely required hygiene standards.
As an integral and valued member of our housekeeping team, you will be required to assist in maintaining the hospitals outstanding reputation for quality and cleanliness.
What you will bring:
- High levels of customer service as this role is patient facing
- A positive can do attitude
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Some flexibility for occasional weekend work and evening if required
- The ability to manage own workload
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
