The Project

The roles involve carrying out complex work duties to Social Housing properties which could include changing work tops, silicone works, changing bathroom suites, mínimal gardening work possible, decorating, other DIY duties will arise whilst ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision, you will take ownership of work, whilst remaining within budget and time parameters.

You will operate within company Health and Safety guidelines and remain up to date with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas.


Essential and Desirable Criteria

The roles involve carrying out complex works to Social Housing properties, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision.

You will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to be proactive and resolve problems
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A full driving licence

It would be a bonus if you:

  • Have social housing experience
