Job Title:
Credit Controller (Part-Time) £11ph
Reports to:
Office Manager
Main Duties
Working independently (Hybrid working is optional) to provide comprehensive, accurate, and timely credit management, for accounts receivables.
Role Responsibilities
You will ensure customers pay within their agreed payment terms, as per the Company's credit policy by:
- Daily Credit Control (review of debtors' balances, overdue, receipts, chasing customers for payments)
- Weekly Debtors Reports ownership.
- Assisting with Receipts and Payments allocations
- Report weekly to Office Manager on account status, i.e. customers over credit limits and overdue debt analysis
- Ensure all customer queries are logged and recorded, in fullest detail
- To inform the Office Manager immediately of all important customer developments/problems
- When required, reconciliation of accounts / Customers trading and transactional history.
- Office Manager support
- Confident, professional, and assertive manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills (preferably Microsoft packages specifically Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and administration skills.
