Job Overview
You will support the Sales and Estimating teams with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our sales process and exceptional customer service at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Log projects onto sales database and generate enquiries for projects from contractors
- Maintain regular contact with contractors to obtain up to date information on projects
- Enter project details onto the Quotation Tracking System (QTS)
- Create electronic quote files
- Conduct market research, using tools like Barbour ABI, for additional bidder and job details
- Contact tenderers to clarify information
- Update competitor database
- Support sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets, etc
- Compile account and competitor analysis
- Produce regular reports including but not limited to:

- Previous experience working in a similar sales administration/customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills

- The ability to work in a fast paced, and sometimes pressured, environment
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£21,675.00-£26,000.00 per year
