My client is a not-for-profit organisation. Recently, they have seen substantial growth, so it's a great time to join them. Due to an internal promotion, I am recruiting a new Compliance Administrator to join their Regulatory Compliance team.


Purpose of the role


As Compliance Administrator, you will work as part of a team of 6 and be responsible for the organisation of quality assurance activity to ensure full compliance with the quality standards and strategy.


As Compliance Administrator, your responsibilities will be:

  • Organising risk-assessed provider quality assurance
  • Ensuring compliance with the organisation's strategy by organising the validation of assessments
  • Processing EQA reports
  • Working alongside EQAs
  • Supporting the scheduling and delivery of EQA standards
  • Monitoring Assessor and EQA performance
  • Reviewing online exams
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Collating performance data and producing reports
  • Maintaining quality system processes
  • Updating records
  • Working to KPIs and in line with SLAs

Requirements for the role:

The Compliance Administrator position requires excellent administrative experience, impeccable organisation skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential, with the confidence to occasionally have challenging conversations. Strong IT literacy - specifically, experience updating and maintaining spreadsheets - is a requirement.

Ideally, you'll have an understanding of the ISO process concerning quality standards.

If you come from a mentoring, training, or membership background, this would be very relevant - however, it is not essential.

You'll take ownership of tasks and pride yourself in delivering your work to the highest of standards.


Salary
Your salary will start at £23500 and increase to £24000 following successfully passing your probation.
