This is a permanent
HR Advisor role working within a close knit HR team within the City of London.

The role offers hybrid working and great progression opportunities.

The client is a well-established Financial Services firm based in the City of London.


The key responsibilities of HR Advisor are:

  • Providing general HR advise across the business
  • Monitor the HR & Recruitment Inbox
  • Advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies
  • Sitting in on ER cases
  • Analysing turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs
The successful HR Advisor will have 4 years HR exposure within a Financial Services firm. A CIPD qualification would be preferred but not essential.


The client offers a hybrid working structure of 3 days in the office 2 days from home, a discretionary bonus and private health care.
