Description

Due to sustained growth, we are looking looking for a motivated individual to join our sister branch in Edinburgh's New Town and assist with service delivery on a number of client contracts.


The role will involve the following:

  • Offering consultative recruitment solutions aligned with client expectations
  • Build applicant sources through various mediums i.e. CRM, advertising, networking, Job boards etc
  • Interacting with clients on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction gaining useful feedback and related actions
  • Resolving client issues promptly
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the industry
  • Complying with all relevant sector specific legislation
  • Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities

Administrative & General;

  • Having a sound understanding of client's contracts and terms of business
  • Prioritising workload to achieve maximum revenue at all times.
  • Adhering to client's Professional Codes of Practice and REC professional standards
  • Complying with company management systems, payroll and billing policies and procedures including accurate database management
  • Able to demonstrate experience of working within a customer service or recruitment role and able to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Experienced in developing business relationships
  • Selfmotivated and able to identify opportunities
  • Tenacious and resilient
  • Ambitious, driven and determined
  • Able to demonstrate their problem solving, influencing, questioning and listening skills
  • Proficient in both written and oral communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate outstanding organisational skills and good attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Hours of work are Monday
  • Friday 9AM5PM._

Salary
:
£23k starting salary, DOE

Commission structure in place

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
