Do you have experience working within a highly regulated industry?

Our client, a reputable business within the aviation sector, is looking for a Compliance Officer to join their friendly team at their Crawley based offices.

As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for working with all departments and employees to ensure that the business policies and procedures are in line with regulatory and ethical standards.

You will also be responsible for designing and implementing ongoing compliance processes to ensure consistency.

Main accountabilities:

Conducting audits and reviews to ensure execution of Compliance standards
Managing investigations to discover the root cause of any compliance related problems
Remaining informed and current on regulatory standards and ensuring the business operates within those standards
Educating employees and partners through learning and development on how to improve compliance
Examining and improving auditing processes
