    Make a Splash – Join Our Cofton Family as a Swim Teacher


    At Cofton Holidays, we believe swimming lessons should be more than just teaching strokes – they should build confidence, inspire fun, and create memories.

    We're looking for a passionate, friendly, and qualified Swimming Teacher to bring our pool to life.

    You'll be part of our close-knit Cofton Family, working in a supportive, professional environment with fantastic facilities. If you love seeing swimmers of all ages grow in confidence and skill, this is the role for you.

    What You'll Do

    Deliver high-quality 1:1 and 2:1 lessons for children and adults
    Make lessons fun, structured, and tailored to each swimmer's needs
    Use the Swim England Learn to Swim (LTS) framework
    Share your expertise in technical strokes, skills, and drills
    Create a welcoming, positive experience for swimmers and their families
    Occasionally lead small group lessons on Saturdays and during school holidays

    What You'll Bring

    ASA Level 2 Swimming Teacher or STA Award/Certificate (essential)
    At least 2 years' experience in the swimming industry
    Great time management, communication, and a flexible approach
    IOS membership desirable

    When You'll Teach (term time)

    Wednesdays: 4pm – 7pm

    Thursdays: 4pm – 7pm

    Fridays: 4pm – 7pm

    Saturdays: 10am – 12pm (Hours may vary depending on swimmer demand)
