Salary:
£45,326+ depending on experience

What you'll be doing:
  • Working closely with the Product Owners, Domain leads and other areas of the FCAS programme and UK & International partners to support the management of the WP3 elements and successful delivery of an International Future Combat Air System
  • Preparing reporting information (data and supporting commentary) for WP3 Performance reviews, Contract Performance reviews, Programme reviews, resource and cost cycle reviews
  • Delivery and reporting of WP3 operational performance information
  • Promoting and implementing agile ways of working to improve delivery priority focus and efficiency across the Programme
  • Creating Epics and Features (in Confluence and Jira) to ensure quarterly and shorter Sprint priorities are well defined, agreed and delivered
  • Working with wider FCAS Project Management and Control team to ensure accurate integration of WP3 schedule into the FCAS AP master schedule and dependencies and handshakes are agreed

Your skills and experiences:


  • Experience of managing the delivery of all sizes of projects drawing on all the Project Management skill sets
  • Experience working at an early phase of the lifecycle, dealing with volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity
  • Proven experience in the management of bid and proposal activity, compilation of multi domain Statement of Work inputs, estimate data and presentation of overall proposal
  • Experience in Management of stakeholders across multiple functional areas, at a senior level internally, with partners and customers
  • A good understanding of Commercial and Finance process and budget management capability
  • Strong analytical, research, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in people management, setting objectives to align with programme needs and personal development aspirations
  • Professional PM Qualification (e.g. APM, PMQ)

The Programme Integration team:


As Senior Project Delivery Professional, you will work closely with the Programme Integration Lead, Work Package 3 Product Owners, Domain leads, business & support function leads, other FCAS WP's and UK Partner representatives to manage the WP3 elements and aid successful delivery of an International Future Combat Air System.


You will use your Project Management skills and experience to steer the Work Package 3 Enablers Programme to delivery in line with an agreed schedule, defined budget and with the resources required and deployed.
