Description

Summary:

To deliver quality electrical repairs to ensure decent and suitable housing standards are maintained, working as part of a team carrying out electrical work associated, but not limited, to maintenance works to all types of managed properties and social spaces,as scheduled, or directed by the line manager.

Duties and responsibilities:

Assist electrician install service and maintain appropriate systems and appliances in commercial and domestic premises
Assist electrician Carry out programmed maintenance and servicing in commercial and domestic premises.
Assist To carry out electrical work and relevant trade duties as instructed by the line manager

Desirable:

Driving License required.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations BS767 Testing & Inspection 2391 or equivalent.
Takes ownership of issues/problems and sees them through to a satisfactory conclusion.
2 years Kitchen and Bathroom/ Refurbs
Own Tools
Full, clean, Driver's License (van will be provided)

Shifts pattern:
**Monday to Friday

8am
17:00pm**
Salary:
£100£120 per day depending on experience
