As Client Documentation Reviewer, you will closely with the Investment Management teams to complete client summaries to a high level, as well as managing essential suitability procedures including reviewing requests for extending suitability deadlines.

Day to day your role will include:

Ownership of investment mandates and ensuring all requirements are met with agreed timescales
Managing multiple workstreams and prioritising different tasks according to the team's needs
Supporting the Investment Management teams to implement strong suitability quality culture, supporting where appropriate and improving current standards when necessary
Working closely with the Suitability team to address identified gaps in the process
Updating all required reporting systems with the appropriate information
Maintain a high standard of checks in central processes such as Temporary Exception and Nonresponding Client requests

The Successful Applicant:

As Client Documentation Reviewer, you must have the following:

Experience working within an investment management firm is preferable
Understanding of financial regulations and working in a regulated environment is important
Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with various departments
Able to take accountability of own work and take pride in quality of their work
Able to work at a fast pace to tight deadlines, and be flexible to change
