As Client Documentation Reviewer, you will closely with the Investment Management teams to complete client summaries to a high level, as well as managing essential suitability procedures including reviewing requests for extending suitability deadlines.


Day to day your role will include:

  • Ownership of investment mandates and ensuring all requirements are met with agreed timescales
  • Managing multiple workstreams and prioritising different tasks according to the team's needs
  • Supporting the Investment Management teams to implement strong suitability quality culture, supporting where appropriate and improving current standards when necessary
  • Working closely with the Suitability team to address identified gaps in the process
  • Updating all required reporting systems with the appropriate information
  • Maintain a high standard of checks in central processes such as Temporary Exception and Nonresponding Client requests

The Successful Applicant:

As Client Documentation Reviewer, you must have the following:

  • Experience working within an investment management firm is preferable
  • Understanding of financial regulations and working in a regulated environment is important
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with various departments
  • Able to take accountability of own work and take pride in quality of their work
  • Able to work at a fast pace to tight deadlines, and be flexible to change
