Trainee Buyer & Work Scheduler

Full Time

Permanent

8am-5pm Monday - Friday

RELM Group Ltd are a construction company based in Mochdre, North Wales and due to increased workload are looking to take on a trainee buyer & work schedular to undertake commercial administration, tenant liaison and general admin duties.

The role offers an excellent route for career progression.

Due to continued expansion, we are currently looking for an individual with excellent skills in the following in a commercial environment:

IT skills
including MS Word, Outlook & Excel
Written & verbal communication skills
Accurate data entry
Dealing with customers over the telephone
Attention to detail
Flexibility (i.e. willing to undertake a wide variety of tasks)
Bookkeeping experience desirable
Experience of using accountancy software such as SAGE desirable
Experience in the Construction sector desirable
Full training given.

Based in our office in Mochdre, the role will involve the following:

Assisting with buying & work scheduling
Assisting with accounts administration
Liaising with tenants
Updating social media accounts
Answering telephone enquiries
General admin duties.
