MATCHING STAFF SOLUTIONS - BRISTOL OFFICE
Matching staff solutions is hiring Health Protection Support Officer in
Barry. We are looking for experienced and hard-working individual on behalf of our highly reputable client based in
Barry. If you feel you are one of them, please get in touch with us.

  • Role involves dealing with communicable disease cases and be on the first point of communication and deal with high standard of customer service skill.
  • Work on daily basis with set targets for everyday caseloads.
  • Working under complex cases to the clinical lead and work in line with relevant service/safeguarding/welfare guidelines and principles.
  • Maintaining the database accordingly with provided CRM and other tools to manage the cases.
  • Productive documenting, monitoring, capturing of the relevant information to service area standard.
  • Support and reassure service users whilst effectively communicating any legislative requirement and public health guidance. This may mean signposting service users to local support services.
  • Duties also involved assigned to the role either through legislative requirements or as allocated by Operational Manager Commercial Services or Team Manager Clinical Leads.
  • Improve and enhanced skills as per professional environment and undertake part in the training if needed.
  • Degree in medicine or equivalent medical qualification
