The Best Connection is working on behalf of our client who is a well-known Logistics company based in Birtley.

They now have a requirement for an
Administrator to work in their logistics department to support a team of dedicated transport professionals.

This position is an immediate start.


Duties will include:

  • Driver briefing and debriefing
  • Checking tachographs and weights of loads
  • Checking for the accuracy of the paperwork and updating onto inhouse computer system.

Hours of work:

  • 3 week rotating shift pattern:


  • Week 1: Monday

  • Friday 5.00am
  • 1.00pm including weekends: Sat 6.00am
  • 6.00pm and Sunday 11.00am
  • 5.00pm


  • Week 2: Monday

  • Friday 11.30am 6.45pm


  • Week 3: Monday

  • Friday 8.00am 4.00pm

Pay Rate:
- £11.11 per hour basic rate
- £16.67 per hour overtime rate (Bank Holidays)
