Tates Motor Group are recruiting for a
Service Advisor to work in our busy Multi-Franchise dealerships in Portslade.

You will be responsible for upholding the high customer satisfaction standards for Tates and acting as a point of knowledge of all our Manufacturer's products and services.

You must have previous knowledge of the role however, previous brand knowledge is not essential as full training will be given.

Duties will include:

Dealing with customers booked in for servicing, MOT's, breakdowns etc. in a professional manner
Ensure repair orders are raised and processed according to guidelines and that the work is completed to schedule
Meet and greet customers
Ensure the smooth operation of the Service department workshop, booking work in accurately, gathering and sharing relevant information with the team
Ensure that vehicles are handed over to the customer correctly, and explaining the invoice and advising of any future requirements

Tates Portslade is an approved service centre for
Citroen, DS, Hyundai, Peugeot, Vauxhall and Fiat.
