Your Base will be in Ashford, with some flexible working once trained.


Your main responsibilities will be:


  • Assisting in the training of procurement and Trust staff in systems use
  • Maintaining and updating user profiles and requisition points.
  • Liaising with other departments, suppliers and the finance department to analyse and resolve product supply issues and discrepancies.
  • Carrying procurement adjustments to systems accordingly and in compliance with audit/financial procedures
  • Identifying and reporting any cost sourcing benefits that can be achieved by alternative means of purchase and investigate value for money initiatives.
  • Dealing promptly with complaints and concerns from suppliers on commercially sensitive supply service issues
  • Helping the team to analyse the performance figures and predict future work trends
