Your Base will be in Ashford, Kent, with some flexible working once trained.

The challenges come thick and fast in this role but you'll know that your input is contributing to the excellent experience our patients and service users have.

Your Base will be in Ashford, with some flexible working once trained.


Your main responsibilities will be:


  • Assisting in the training of procurement and Trust staff in systems use
  • Maintaining and updating user profiles and requisition points.
  • Liaising with other departments, suppliers and the finance department to analyse and resolve product supply issues and discrepancies.
  • Carrying procurement adjustments to systems accordingly and in compliance with audit/financial procedures
  • Identifying and reporting any cost sourcing benefits that can be achieved by alternative means of purchase and investigate value for money initiatives.
  • Dealing promptly with complaints and concerns from suppliers on commercially sensitive supply service issues
  • Helping the team to analyse the performance figures and predict future work trends
