Please see below our current employment opportunity for an experienced Customer Care Co-Ordinator to become a key member of the team ,within our organisation.

Duties:


  • To handle customer contacts, including complaints, in a professional manner.
  • To provide administrative support to the Customer Care Team.
  • Ensure all customer care data is inputted within required timelines.
  • Logging issues and liaising with other departments to resolve.
  • Chasing outstanding issues to ensure clients SLA's are adhered to.
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care.
  • Provide verbal and written reports on customer care performance.
  • Provide customer care support to other departments and depots.
  • Provide cover for the Head of Customer Care.
  • Strictly adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and ensure that the working environment is practical for both yourself and others.
  • Any other reasonable duties commensurate with the post, which may be allocated from time to time.

Qualifications:


  • 5 GCSE's above grade C/5 or equivalent to include English & Maths

Skills:


  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be computer Literate.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Be able to prioritise workloads.
Experience

  • Outlook. Good understanding of Excel & Word.
  • Knowledge of the new build and insulation industry.
Attitude

  • Methodical approach to working.
  • Ability to follow instructions & prioritise workloads.
  • Team player with a positive attitude is essential.
  • Ability to work well as an individual or as part of a small team.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

£24,000.00 per year
