2 weeks contract with local authorities_Job Summary:
- As the Executive Support Lead you will be responsible for the daytoday management of the Chief Executives office, including the line management of the Executive Support Officer.
Key Duties (Sample):
- Act as the first point of contact for the Chief Executives office dealing efficiently and effectively with high level enquiries
- Manage all case work for the Chief Executive, including complaints and FOI's
- Build strong working relationships with the Corporate Management Team (CMT) and work closely with the CMT support to ensure all briefings are completed in a timely fashion
- Diarise all Corporate Management Team meetings and ensure agendas are issued in a timely fashion
- Be a loggist for when the Chief Executive in emergencies and for London Local Authority Gold Operations
Essential Experience Required:
An exceptional writer and communicator you will also have proven project management skills including the ability to successfully manage several tasks and multiple priorities.
