Business Analyst/Project Manager

Contract Digitisation
Investment Banking
9 month Contract
Canary Wharf (3 days per week in office)

Looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager with financial markets and products knowledge or experience with contract digitisation.

You will support a Strategic Contract Digitisation programme in executing its vision to mature the organisation's approach to contracting, spanning both contract data and the contracting process.

Responsibilities

Identifying and defining contract data use cases across a broad population of interested stakeholders.
Supporting the prioritisation of contract data use cases and associated business case in preparation for the implementation of solutions to deliver on such requirements.
Mapping 'asis' and 'tobe' business states for contracting solutions and storage, identifying opportunities for improvement, analysing impacts of change, and summarising options & recommendations.
Driving implementation of contracting solutions and/or storage target State.
Conducting detailed project planning including defining project milestones, deliverables, and timelines in accordance with Strategic Contract Digitisation objectives.
Managing technology/vendor teams as well as internal and external stakeholders to ensure success, as required.
Facilitating working group meetings and workshops with stakeholders.

Qualifications/Experience:

7+ years relevant experience as a project manager or business analyst within a complex Financial Services organisation.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Deep experience of financial markets, products, and services.
Experience working on contract digitisation programs or large data programs.
Change/Project Management/Legal certifications beneficial.
