    Contract Manager / Estimator Position

    We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager / Estimator to join our team at C S Hodges, a well-established maintenance company.

    The successful candidate will have a strong background in contract management and estimating, with experience in managing contracts and providing accurate estimates for maintenance work.

    This is a full-time, permanent position where you will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage contracts to ensure deadlines, KPIs, and SLAs are met.
    • Prepare accurate estimates for maintenance jobs of varying complexity.
    • Oversee project progress, ensuring quality and adherence to budgets.
    • Liaise with clients and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships.
    • Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations.
