M O'Brien Plant Hire are seeking a motivated individual with service admin experience to assist our busy team based in St Albans.

As a Service admin assistant for a busy plant hire company your responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry
  • Electronic filing
  • The ability to take instructions on board and carry out tasks as and when required
  • Supporting the Management team in leading and contributing to the regular review of the department's procedures to improve customer service, performance and productivity
  • Generating reports for our customers where required

Skills requirements:


  • A professional and confident manner with good communication and people skills
  • Experience in administrative processes
  • PC literate with experience of Microsoft Systems
  • Ability to prioritise work load and work to tight deadlines in a fast paced busy working environment
  • Motivated selfstarter with good administration, time management and organisation skills
