M O'Brien Plant Hire are seeking a motivated individual with service admin experience to assist our busy team based in St Albans.
As a Service admin assistant for a busy plant hire company your responsibilities will include:- Data entry
- Electronic filing
- The ability to take instructions on board and carry out tasks as and when required
- Supporting the Management team in leading and contributing to the regular review of the department's procedures to improve customer service, performance and productivity
- Generating reports for our customers where required
Skills requirements:
- A professional and confident manner with good communication and people skills
- Experience in administrative processes
- PC literate with experience of Microsoft Systems
- Ability to prioritise work load and work to tight deadlines in a fast paced busy working environment
- Motivated selfstarter with good administration, time management and organisation skills
