Senior Sales Representative - Premium Home Appliances

The Role

You will need to be self driven and organised as you will mostly work remotely. Occasionally, we have events in our London showroom to promote our products, which you will be required to attend.


Responsibilities:


  • Giving product advice and selling products confidently, demonstrating and explaining feature and benefits whilst successfully up selling and cross selling to optimise sales
  • Scheduling sales appointments, business meetings and oneonone conversations with prospective clients
  • Promoting products and services to new and existing customers
  • Closing sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship
  • Maintaining positive business and customer relationships postsale, to prolong customer lifetime value
  • Sourcing and developing client referrals
  • Tracking personal appointments, keeping status reports, record of sales and other important data
  • Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients, as well as opportunities for business development
  • Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
  • Managing current customer base through frequent communications and excellent service
  • Target prospects to continuously grow customer base
  • You will need to have a driving licence and access to a car

Skills:


  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven track record in the sales environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate customer records
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service or related field
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practises
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
