Description

Whole of market financial planning practice with a longterm client bank built of the back of teams exceptional, professional and caring services provided are recruiting within their close knit team based in Fareham.


As the Head Client Relationship Manager you have a extremely important part to play overseeing and managing the Client Relationship Managers to ensure clients receive a 5* informative and efficient level of service.

You are a technical point of contact forthe company and provide administrative support co-ordinating and organising between Client, Financial Planner and Paraplanning.


In return you will receive a salary of upto £32k + a strong benefits package including Profit Share Bonus Scheme and PMI.

This is a majority office based role, with 1 day homeworking a week.


Duties such as:


  • Manage and support the Client Relationship Managers, including one to ones monthly one to ones for Client Relationship Managers
  • Manage the team and their workload to achieve and set business goals.
  • Coordinate training for CRMs as per their career plans
  • Check accuracy and completeness of new business documentation,
  • Liaise with providers for post business submission
  • Organise client review meetings as per Annual Review Process
  • Prepare paperwork required for the reviews as per Annual Review Process
  • Support Financial Planners in the delivery of reviews, produce and issue Annual Review Suitability Letter in line with Annual Review process and timescales
  • Meeting and greeting clients and other business visitors
  • Send Letters of Authority to providers as per business process
  • Ensure Money Laundering Checks are completed according to company standards
  • Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries
  • Organise existing and prospective client meetings and actively manage Financial Planners / Boardroom diary
  • Prepare client documentation in advance of and following client meetings
  • Manage client service needs and client expectations for outstanding client satisfaction
  • Produce portfolio valuations accurately
  • Produce Top up and Withdrawal Letters
