GUEST EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE AT THE WESTIN LONDON CITY
- What you'll be doing..._
- Assisting the Guest Experience Manager along with full support to the Front of House Manager and Front Desk Team.
- Welcoming/bidding farewell to VIP guests while complying with BSA standards.
- Updating and executing the VIP list daily and liaising with the relevant department.
- Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service.
- Encourage and actively seek guest feedback, including first contact support with guest issues.

Guest Experience Executive, you will need the following qualities and skills:
- Flexible adaptable to different working conditions hours
- Forward and creative thinker who promotes new ideas
- Immaculate appearance
- Oral written fluency in English. Additional language will be considered a plus
- Be motivated a selfstarter
- Have a positive and cando attitude
- Knowledge of Opera PMS
- Commitment to our Westin branded values and beliefs
- Good effective training interpersonal skills
