Role


Working as part of small but growing team in a successful new business delivering retrofit and refurbishment projects in the North West, a suitably experienced contracts manger is required to work as part of a team delivering retrofit and refurbishment on housing projects in the north West.

Duties will include managing subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring smooth delivery of projects, liaising with colleagues, suppliers, and clients. Compiling valuations and some commercial activities will be required.


Experience
Previous experience of working in construction or housing, ideally in refurbishment or retrofit. Delivering and managing contracts, managing sub-contractors and supply chain. Some commercial experience and project management.


Skills
I.T literate with Office 365 proficiency. Organisational and operational skills, with ability to organise and prioritize workloads, with good problem solving skills. Personable and team player.

Salary negotiable depending on experience


Salary:
From £37,000.00 per year
