About the company:
I am working with a Top 500 legal firm.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the business as the Finance Manager, in a broad financial role supporting monthly reporting alongside statuary accounts and tax returns, reporting to the Managing Director.


Responsibilities include:

  • To produce statutory accounts
  • To prepare budgets and forecasts
  • To prepare and submit all taxation returns (VAT, CT, employment taxes etc)
  • To ensure compliance with Solicitor's Accounts Rules
  • To ensure accuracy of the financial accounting information
  • Manage the cash flow
  • Management and development of the finance team
  • To meet client requirements in relation to billing, banking and funds transfer
  • Continuous improvement of financial processes and systems

Skills/Qualifications:

  • CIMA, ACCA or ACA Qualified
  • Solicitor's Accounts Rules experience a must
  • Strong communication skills
