Based near JCB World Headquarters in Rocester, Staffordshire, JCB Insurance is a team of friendly insurance experts who work hard to provide their clients with insurance solutions tailored to their businesses at the right price.

About the Role

The primary focus of the role is to provide a high level of service to the customers within our Customer Service Team, meeting their everyday insurance needs and securing their business year on year.

Main Responsibilities of the Role

Day to day administration including:

Mid-Term Adjustments i.e., Additions, Deletions, Amendments
Renewal Broking and Inviting
Renewal Report Writing
General Insurance Queries

About You
Ideally you will have experience in Commercial Insurance, preferably with a Broker.

Cert CII would be preferred although not essential.

You will possess excellent interpersonal and broking skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.

You should have a passion for customer service and the ability to work both independently and as part of a Team.

You will need a keen eye for accuracy and detail, even when under pressure.
