Description

Liaise Limited, a leading entity in high-quality specialist support services for adults with autism and complex learning disabilities, is driven by a mission to empower individuals to lead richer, happier lives.

Starting from a single site in London, the company has expanded to 43 services across South-East England, including Basingstoke, Worthing, London, and Norfolk.

Currently, we support 270 individuals and boast a dedicated team of over 1,000 employees. Our services span supporting living accommodations and residential homes. With a projected turnover of approximately £45 million this year, Liaise is poised for significant growth.

Since September 2021, Liaise has been under the auspices of Intriva Capital, succeeding a previous partnership with Horizon Capital.

Backed robustly by our investors and banking facilities, we have a strategic plan for expansion into new geographies and markets over the next 3-4 years, focusing on both organic growth and acquisitions.

We take immense pride in our core values of being Positive, Progressive, and Personal, and the Group Development Director plays a pivotal role in manifesting this vision.

Role Summary:

As the Commercial Administrator, you will be the linchpin in our business development and sales endeavours, providing indispensable administrative support to departmental heads.

You will be central in managing the proficient administration of our funder contracts for new admissions and current contracts for existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aid the Head of Sales & Marketing (HSM) in executing our occupancy and fee growth strategies, including referral coordination, admission documentation, and contract agreements.
  • Collaborate with the BDM and HSM in managing key accounts and maintaining stakeholder contact information.
  • Produce weekly reports and data for scheduled meetings and reporting requirements in conjunction with both the BDM and HSM.

Additional Responsibilities:
