HR Service Centre Advisor Contract type: 12m FTC - 35 hours per week Category: HR Location: We currently work hybrid model of 2 days per week in Dunstable

We are looking for a HR Service Centre Advisor to support with a variety of HR duties including but not limited to, payroll delivery, HR admin and right to work.


What you'll be doing:


  • Managing and providing first line support for our internal HR system
  • Delivering analysis and reporting where required
  • Supporting with payroll sign off and support, and delivering monthly payroll reconciliations outputs, general ledger interfaces, third party interfaces & pay overs and balance sheet reconciliations in line with audit requirements
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements to existing processes and ways of working (challenging the status quo)
  • Using data to analyse trends and seek opportunities for improvement for the following:
  • Visa renewal process
  • TUPE process
  • Right to work queries
  • ROL queries
  • Ensuring all DSAR data requested are serviced within legislative timescales
  • Providing support to the internal audit team, providing information and general reports whilst working to tight deadlines
  • Providing support to the our project and change management teams by contributing to their deliverables and assisting with preparing documents
  • Ensuring all queries are dealt with in line with the agreed SLA and are logged
  • Escalate queries where required and keep track of any trends
  • Working with the business to keep org charts up to date and accurate
  • Maintaining all intranet tools and documents and ensuring accuracy

What you'll need:


  • Accounting background with experience processing payroll, reconciling and keeping the general ledger up to date
  • Strong understand including payroll legislation and ability to calculate Tax & NI
  • Knowledge or working with third parties and internal HR systems
  • Confident working with multiple stakeholders at any given time
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Selfmotivated and organised
