Project Co-Ordinator

We are looking for an organised, articulate, and personable Project Coordinator for our busy projects dept, principally working on Projects with one of our largest customers.

Manor Concepts, based in Sandy, are one of the leading manufacturers of commercial refrigeration cases in the UK and part of the Arneg Group located in Italy.

We manufacture and supply cases directly to major supermarkets and through a number of distributors that supply to smaller convenience stores.

Responsible for providing project support on multiple projects working with colleagues within Projects, Design, Production, and Finance teams.

Duties will include, but not be limited to, the following, for which full training will be given.

Attend site to complete case surveys to establish refurbishment levels.
Creation of a programme of works.
Development of quotation.
Work with administration team to ensure all information is available to commence production.
Communicate with third party subcontractors to ensure labour is available.
Follow up with site inspection to complete sign off with client.
Coordinate invoicing with administration
Update all relevant documents to ensure team visibility of projects.

Key skills required for the role are to be able to effectively communicate internally and with client Project Managers, along with the ability to use Microsoft Office and associated software.

It would be helpful if you had some technical knowledge, however, this is not a prerequisite for the role and full product training will be provided.

This role could progress to a Project Manager role in the future.

It is essential that you have a driving licence for this role as you may be required to go to site.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
