Description

We are seeking autonomous, innovative, practitioners, who would like to work within one of our integrated Community Mental Health Teams in Bradford.

As a service we have developed innovative ways of delivering recovery focused intervention to support people in their individual recovery journey.


The post holder will work directly with service users who have severe and enduring mental health needs, to support them in their recovery, acting as Care Co-ordinator.

You will have excellent communication skills and an enthusiasm for service development.

Applications are invited from those who are a qualified Band 5 nurse.
