Description

USSG is currently seeking an experienced Sales Director to head up our sales team, with main focus being new business.


Duties:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships
  • Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and developing team members
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Indepth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices

Pay:
£54,842.56-£72,854.38 per year
