Customer Service Advisor (Part Time)

Overview
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a professional service.
- Managing online selling platforms and ensuring goods are dispatched within a set time frame.
- Updating stock levels through our internal stock management system.
- General administrative duties and appointment bookings.
- Liaising with product suppliers and courier companies.
- Updating social media platforms with new content daily.
- Assisting with warehouse operations when required.
Experience and essential skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to get up to speed with products and systems quickly and an extensive knowledge of internet technology.
- Use of multiple online selling platforms including eBay, Amazon and Esty.
- Competent with the use of systems including MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content design.
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationships.
- Experience using accounting software Xero is preferred but not essential.
Training
Working Hours
- 20.5 hours per week over three days.
- Holiday cover will be expected, flexibility of hours is essential.
Job Types:
