Customer Service Advisor (Part Time)
Barnes Blinds Co
20.5 hours per week
£10 per hour

Overview

Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with a professional service.
  • Managing online selling platforms and ensuring goods are dispatched within a set time frame.
  • Updating stock levels through our internal stock management system.
  • General administrative duties and appointment bookings.
  • Liaising with product suppliers and courier companies.
  • Updating social media platforms with new content daily.
  • Assisting with warehouse operations when required.

Experience and essential skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to get up to speed with products and systems quickly and an extensive knowledge of internet technology.
  • Use of multiple online selling platforms including eBay, Amazon and Esty.
  • Competent with the use of systems including MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and content design.
  • Ability to build and maintain good working relationships.
  • Experience using accounting software Xero is preferred but not essential.

Training

Working Hours

  • 20.5 hours per week over three days.
  • Holiday cover will be expected, flexibility of hours is essential.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

£10.00 per hour
